All foods in our freezer are celiac-safe. Selection varies regularly and our freezer is topped up throughout the week.
Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only.
Deep fried and oven-ready or air fryer ready.
Battered Haddock
Cooking Instructions (from frozen):
Oven: 30 - 32 minutes on 425°F
Air Fry: 10 - 12 minutes on 400°F
Halibut Fish Cakes:
Air Fry: 10-12 minutes at 360°F - rotate half way
Marinara sauce, rose sauce, Junction56 vodka sauce, house made soups and chowders.
Cheese Sauce, Gravy and creamed soups - thaw before reheating
Bang Bang Shrimp: (fully cooked) thaw, heat
Oven or air fry recommended. Place on parchment paper and air fry approx 5-6 minutes.
Butter Chicken with Basmati Rice: (fully cooked) Replace cardboard top with foil, heat in 375F oven for 25-35 minutes
Texmex Rice & Shrimp: (fully cooked) thaw, reheat
Replace cardboard top with foil, heat in 375F oven for 25-35 minutes
Mac and Cheese: (fully cooked) cook from frozen -
Oven: Replace cardboard top with foil, heat in 375F oven for 25-35 minutes, uncovered for the last 10 minutes.
Pan Fry: add a little water to the pan and heat covered until sauce has fully melted
Microwave: recommended to thaw first
Junction56 Penne alla Vodka: (fully cooked) cook from frozen - Replace cardboard top with foil, heat in 375F oven for 25-35 minutes, uncovered for the last 10 minutes.
Jasmine Rice Pilaf: (fully cooked) thaw, reheat
Replace cardboard top with foil, heat in 375F oven for 25-35 minutes, or transfer to microwave-safe container and reheat in microwave.
Curried Rice: (fully cooked) thaw, reheat
Replace cardboard top with foil, heat in 375F oven for 25-35 minutes , or transfer to microwave-safe container and reheat in microwave.
Macaroni and Beef: (fully cooked) cook from frozen -
Oven: Replace cardboard top with foil, heat in 375F oven for 25-35 minutes, uncovered for the last 10 minutes.
Pan Fry: add a little water to the pan and heat covered until heated through
Creamy Autumn Chicken with Basmati Rice: (fully cooked) Replace cardboard top with foil, heat in 375F oven for 25-35 minutes, remove foil last 5 minutes
Irish Stew: (fully cooked) cook from frozen -
Oven: Replace cardboard top with foil, heat in 375F oven for 25-35 minutes, uncovered for the last 10 minutes.
Microwave: thaw first, transfer to microwave-safe container and reheat until heated through
Slow-Baked Beans (Molasses and bacon)
Thaw, and reheat in microwave
Pease Pudding or Mushy Peas
Packed and vacuum sealed, you may reheat directly in the bag under hot water, or remove from the packaging to microwave.
Creamy Rice Pudding with Raisins
Thaw and serve
Battered and par deep fried.

Air Fry: 6-10 minutes at 300°F - rotate through cooking and check frequently
Hand cut, hand dipped

Oven: 10 - 15 minutes at 425°F
Air Fry: 5 - 7 minutes at 400°F
Thick slices of Ontario white potatoes, with bacon and cheddar

Oven: 22 minutes at 350°F
Bacon-wrapped seasoned shrimp with maple butter

Oven: 350°F for 25-30 minutes
Mini Salmon & Dill Fishcakes

Air Fry: 10-12 minutes at 360°F - rotate half way
Cheese Sticks are par-cooked. Cook from frozen.

Air fry 380°F approx 5 minutes. If the cheese begins to ooze out - they are ready.
Oven: 9-11 minutes at 400°F
Shrimp are par-cooked. Can be prepared from frozen or thawed first and use in your favourite recipe. Most air fryers are approx 10 minutes.
Oven: 10-14 minutes at 425°F (lay across cookie sheet or parchment paper)
