Although there are many restaurants who offer a gluten-free dish or two, the cooking processes and details often undo the good, and the result is an unsafe meal.
On your first visit to a restaurant you probably have many questions. We are here to answer them.
Is it safe for someone who is celiac to dine at Annie's?
We use gluten-free ingredients in gluten-free dedicated fryers, prepared with different cooking tools, and where needed in a dedicated workspaces. Ingredients are stored in sealed containers in a safe manner.

Absolutely. We have been preparing gluten-free meals for over ten years, and this is our specialty. A safe dining experience is important to us. We are passionate about what we do, and our reviews speak for themselves.

Our staff are trained and equipped with the knowledge needed to safely handle your meal.
Packaging and labelling
Whether dining in our takeout all gluten-free items are clearly marked, and for takeout orders they are separated from the non gluten-free items in their own bags.

Onion rings, battered haddock, deep fried mushroom, halibut or clam chowder, soups, pasta dishes, meals for one and even sweet treats. We aren't simply a Stratford restaurant, but also your go-to place for celiac safe dining for the entire region.
Soups, Chowders and Sauces
All soups, chowders and sauces are fully cooked. Thaw, heat, and serve. For gravy and halibut chowder please thaw before reheating.
