We’re looking for someone who cares about the details and takes real pride in what they put on a plate.

The Role:
We’re looking for an experienced line cook who can handle volume without sacrificing quality. This is not an entry-level position - we need someone who understands timing, organization, and consistency in a busy kitchen.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Working the line during high-volume service
• Cooking and plating to consistent standards
• Maintaining a clean, organized station at all times
• Following strict gluten-free and food safety protocols
• Communicating clearly with the team to keep service running smoothly
• Supporting prep and maintaining product quality throughout service

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2–3 years line cook experience in a fast-paced kitchen
• Strong understanding of timing, multitasking, and station management
• Attention to detail - you care how food looks and tastes
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work under pressure
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Food safety knowledge (certification is an asset)
