This position reports directly to the owner and is a great opportunity to gain some leadership experience. We are poised for expansion and are excited about our pace of growth in our niche.

Our future “Kitchen Quarterback” is energetic, is enthusiastic about dining, and enjoys routine but also isn’t afraid to venture down new paths. Most of our staff are long term, and we highly value their commitment to our team.

This (permanent full-time) position includes a variety of food handling and supervisory tasks, in a dynamic, fun kitchen. Some of your duties will include: Preparation of dishes to required specifications and modifications as requested. Create seasonal featured dishes (mains and starters). Maintain consistency in all kitchen activities and a clean as well as safe working environment. Assist with inventory management and maintain or elevate back of house standards.

As our restaurant is a key destination spot throughout the region for those with food allergies and sensitivities, our team mission is to provide the safest dining experience possible. Food Safety and other certifications will be required.

Salary Range is $50k to $55, and additional benefits will be offered.

• No experience required
• Work directly with our kitchen staff and management performing a variety of food prep tasks including: cutting, defrosting, chopping, dipping, labeling and preparing ingredients
• Other duties during dinner service may also include: running meals, and a variety of cleaning tasks
• Approximately 3+ shifts weekly
• Most shifts are 4-6 hours and casual in nature
• Are you a full time student? Yes the hours for this position can work around your schedule and if you would like additional shifts during your summer break, let us know that too!

This position can also grow into other kitchen or front of house opportunities.

Today's restaurant-goers expect a memorable dining experience. Our goal is to deliver a warm, genuine and outgoing environment with hospitality seamlessly connected to every part. This begins from the moment our customers interact with us whether on the telephone or in person.

• Serving experience is required. Attention to detail and accuracy are important as well as the ability to thrive in fast-paced situations
• Memorizing the food menus and specials
• Providing excellent customer service
• Providing suggestions for food or drink choices to diners
• Preparing salads and beverages
• Carrying food & beverages from the kitchen area to the tables, patio or carhop diners
• Cleaning tables and preparing spaces for future diners
• Most shifts are evenings and weekends at this time, and casual in nature. The majority of shifts are approx 3-5 hours for part time staff though longer for full time staff and/or in festival season.

• Work directly with our kitchen staff and management performing kitchen tasks including: operating the dishwasher, maintaining a clean work environment, cleaning and organizing, and clean up at the end of day.
• Other duties during dinner service may also include: running meals, and a variety of cleaning tasks
• Approximately 1-2 shifts weekly
• Most shifts are 3-4 hours and casual in nature
• Are you a full time student? Yes the hours for this position can work around your schedule. Most shifts are evenings and weekends.

This position can also grow into other kitchen or front of house opportunities.

YES we have brought back the car hop experience at Annie's in Stratford.  Customers dine in their car - but it's not just takeout - they are DINING.

Do you roller skate? Just kidding of course :)

• No experience required
• Candidates are outgoing, energetic and love to connect with people
• Working directly with our front of house team and management, you are engaging with car hop diners, creating atmosphere, and a warm and memorable experience 
• Providing suggestions for food or drink choices to diners and being aware of our celiac-safe menu 
• Preparing salads and beverages
• Attaching & removing car hop trays
• Carrying food & beverages from the kitchen area to carhop diners in our parking lot
• Maintaining a fluid relationship with the car hop diners so that all their needs are met
• Although this is seasonal work, this position can potentially include other roles at Annie's including kitchen or front of house
• Approximately 2+ shifts on weekends
• Most shifts are 4-6 hours and casual in nature

Beginning from the moment our customers interact with you whether on the telephone or in person your initial interactions set the tone of their dining experience.

Work directly with our front of house staff performing a variety of support tasks including: 

• keeping track of reservations
• remembering you are the first face our guests see
• brightly smiling and welcoming to everyone and setting the tone for their visit
• seating guests in a friendly manner, setting the tone for their dining experience
• ensuring everyone has the required menus
• putting away products and general cleaning
• may including assisting with running food, and bussing, assisting with takeout, patio and car hop
• Approximately 1-2 shifts weekly Most shifts are 3-5 hours and casual in nature
